This company is the worst. My sauna broke down and burned internally the unit in August 2014. It's now March . Still can fix it or solve the problem. First it was we are getting new units from china. Then it was we have too many broken so there is delays. Then more stories. Now they don't make my unit anymore after 6 months of stalling. Why bother with this crap company. It's a rinky dink operation. It's shameful. I originally bought because of Dr. Hyman supposed endorsement but it's a sham. They break down and can't fix. Uch.
